Any opinions will be appreciated! So my husband will deploy for 7-9 months April of 2018. We cant decide if we want to have our baby before he leaves so our kids are closer in age, get pregnant when he is leaving and have the baby when he gets back, or wait until he gets back to get pregnant. I want our babies close in age but I don't want him to not feel close to our second baby if he misses out 😔 perks of being a military family 💙

My husband and I do pretty much everything together and I would want him to be home when the baby comes etc.

when my unit deployed, and I stayed back and my husband went. We had females who just had babies, pregnant wives, soldiers like myslef who has a six month old, and wives with infants. However when my unit and husband returned home, we got pregnant 3 months after. I would say wait until he gets home, because you never know what can happen. Also you want your husband home for milestones during pregnancies. I am now out of the military, and my husbnad still serves. We are on our fourth child now. LOL

We really wanted to keep our babies 2 years apart but I'm afraid of getting pregnant before he leaves and if he gets extended he will miss the birth 😔 and he was such a big help during labor with my first one. We also thought about having the baby before he leaves but he will miss the first 6 months of that babies life and I don't want him to be closer to our first than our second because he was here for Jaxson and not for the next. So hard to plan! Lol
