I did mine yesterday... It's not that bad... it's the waiting every hour that sucks lol. The drink is stronger. I had the red flavored. It tastes just like pure sugar. The after taste is a lil off, but it'll go away. If you felt fine with the 1hr you'll do just fine. Good luck mama!!!

It is awful ! My body doesn't like it I feel so light headed and dizzy 😩 @maddiesmommy022916 I hate it because it burns my throat when I drink it 🙄😂 but yes I agree the red one is stronger last time I had the like flavor it tasted like Sprite haha. @baby_lillis
