has anyone had their 1st baby early then gone on to have there 2nd on time or more around "full term"

I'm so worried as I had a traumatic experience with my little charlie boy... my waters started leaking and plug went at 34 weeks and doctors didn't ever fully check me so they told me it was just my plug and it to worry... then I started getting pains and after 2 days in hospital they finnally realised my waters were in fact leaking... due to them leaking without no one knowing they got infected and my little boy swallowed alot... he was born 34+4 and had to have a bowel opp as infected waters caused a blockage... he was very poorly and nearly didn't make it... after over a month in hospital he was aloud home and now u wouldn't know any different he's perfectly healthy and "normal" but I just don't think I cud go through that again... I cudnt even stay in hospital with him as they told me there were no beds... worst time of my life.. anyway... we don't know why my waters went early but I'm so worried about it happeneing again... were I've only had 1 baby so far it's hard to tell if I will always just go early or if it was just that pregnancy... anyone been through same or similar???
