im a ftm as well and i am doing both, be patient they dont always latch right away you ahve to work at it find a comfortable position for u and baby and keep trying drink lots of fluids and dont let your boobs get real full cause it makes it harder for them to latch as well if they get hard and hurt use a hot rag on them to help release the flow pump a little before feeding if they get too full feed often some of this was advice that was also given to me good luck and congrats

Depends on the brand some have certain bottles but most should be interchangeable with regular bottles

they make breastflow bottles to mimic the natural breast I used them for all my pregnancies and plan on using them for this one as well
