is it possible to have contractions and not feel pain just a lot of pressure. ftm and since I hit 37 weeks I been having contractions on and off every day but sometimes my stomach just tightens up really bad and I feel a lot of pressure and then some times it feels like the real contraction way where it starts in my back and then to my stomach and it tightens up really badly.

I never felt pain during labor, just super intense pressure. After my water broke and I showed up at the hospital I was dialated to 6 and had no idea because the pain wasn't bad. I didn't have any pain meds during birth.

yeah some times the contractions hurt so bad but then some times its just my stomach tightening up and a lot of pressure I wasn't sure if those were contractions also. last week my midwife said I was having early labor signs.
