Moms with multiples and have experienced both natural contractions and pitocin induced contractions.. Which were worse?

The medication that made her sick could have been magnesium. They gave that to me because my blood pressure was out of control and it makes you feel awful.

I thought pitocin made my contractions much more painful and intense

@phinnybinz, ok I only ask bc my sis had some med that made her face white as a ghost and dizzy and I thought it was the pitocin. @kjewell what do u mean it was in overnight? What is the main purpose of cervidil I have never heard of that medicine.

@txyogagirl, they gave cervidil to start and the is physically inserted. Did absolutely nothing for me and it was in overnight lol

Ok I ask because I had my first being induced so I only know those contractions. Kind of worried about what it's like to go naturally, not sure why though.

@txyogagirl, pitocin is an IV drip. I didn't feel anything from that medication other than extreme contractions.

Both suck, but pitocin brought on contractions from hell.

This is my first so I'm clueless but is pitocin the med they put inside cervix to help it dilate? Also how did the med make u feel? Like dizzy flushed?
