Like I said looks like acne but it could be a little heat rash if its too hot for her or possibly eczema but I'm leaning toward baby acne call your pediatrician if you feel worried hun

Could be from being kissed a lot or simply from touching your little ones face or if your so has a beard or mustache baby skin is very sensitive lol but it's harmless
