@kimberkatherine, i think i found a solution but i dont think he likes it very much my boyfriend tickled me and he moved but he went nuts on the other side lol

yikes! Try laying down and switching from one side to another

lol @kimberkatherine you're lucky this little worm doesn't care if he's in a spot he'll squirm and wiggle and kick there for hours

I just put my hand on my stomach on a different side and he will usually adjust his body towards my hand/away from the area that is in pain
