Ive been keeping him in onesies only. I just have to apply to the affected areas? How often? @tiffany_sanft

Make sure the onesie isn't real close fitting. When my daughter gets if, I just leave her in a diaper and let her air out. I put it on a couple times a day just to the affected area. Just a light layer, enough to cover it. You don't want it too thick cause then it just blocks their pores even more.
