I have 15 weeks left and I'm so conflicted. I have no one planning a baby shower for me, and I dont have the money to rent a place and I don't want to inconvenience someone by using their house. I only have a crib (no mattress), an old swing, a bassinet, and one outfit for her so far. We haven't cleaned out the bedroom, and my boyfriend seems uninterested in helping me get ready for her. He keeps saying we have time. 15 weeks is not that much time!!! Am I overthinking? My energy is already going down and I'm just terrified that we won't be ready for her. 😔 I want to be happy but now I'm just stressed out. Damn it.

You could do it at a park! But you can even just make a registry and post the info on your social media pages!

I would be stressed out too! You might have a decent amount of time left until your due date but baby could always come early, so it's much better to be prepared! As far as the baby shower goes, I didn't have anyone throw one for me either so I had one myself. My SO helped me plan it and even though we didn't have a whole lot of people show up I still had fun. But I feel like a lot of people depend on a baby shower to get a lot of the stuff they need and I didn't do that, which is good because we only got one thing we really needed at the shower, the rest was all blankets and things like that. So it's better to get all the stuff you need yourself. I hope your man starts stepping up more so you don't have to keep stressing!
