I'm so proud! My son just slept in his crib for almost 6 hours straight! =D And I got almost 5 hours…

My daughter is 5 days old and my milk finally came in , and I let her sleep 3 hours and woke up feeling soooo full. 😭😂 glad to know I'm not the only one .

yes! in the beginning if I went even 2.5 hours I had plugged ducts and was so engorged =O @becca2mommy it's amazing how painful it can be especially if you get mastitis which I hope you never do its the worst!

I know ! I hope I don't either! She's got a major tongue tie so she can't latch properly :/ so I have to pump and use my finger and a feeding tube . Sometimes I'll use a shield , but I'm so torn up . So pumping until she's clipped and my nipples heal. I get worried about over supply but at first she wasn't getting any because of her latch @dohmommy2016

/: that's so hard I'm sorry. @becca2mommy I am going to have my Dr look at my son's mouth because he definitely has a lip tie and I feel so bad because all the symptoms indicate it I wish I would of realized it sooner but he is gaining weight so it must not be that bad

It's alright ! I took her to the Dr yesterday and they said she doesn't need to be clipped even though my lactation consultant said she did ? I'm pumping and giving her a bottle and paci now . I feel guilty because my plan was to exclusively put her to breast . But she's getting my milk so I guess that's better than nothing (: we're going to try putting her to the breast again today , hopefully it won't be as bad . Baby and I need tons more practice . @dohmommy2016

Did they have you try a nipple shield? that is what my lactation consultant is going to have me try. that's okay! As long as baby gets bm =D yea definitely practice as much as you can. try and do as little bottles as you can because it can make it harder for baby to breastfeed because they may prefer bottle. good luck! ♡♡♡
