@camdenjcomingsoon, I don't know if I'm dilated yet but I've been having the most painful cramping all night and I can feel her head down there I tried bouncing on the ball and I felt her head even further down I hope I get some good news at my appointment today I'm also praying you get dilated and baby gets lower for you sending prayers that things get going for you soon☺️
@lizzib00, Yeah I've been having bad menstrual cramps!! Especially after sex lol. I can't do that shit anymore. It hurts too much. I can feel his head down there too, she told me he's dropped but he needs to come on out real soon lol I'm getting anxious. Good luck to you girl!
@camdenjcomingsoon, I have been walking everyday trying to get him out cause sex ain't cutting it lol don't feel good at all lol but need to try the bouncing ball like @lizzib00 to see if that works and hopefully on Friday when they check me for the first time they will say I'm dilating but I doubt it lol
@prego89, I've been bouncing on this damn ball for a week! Lol. Several hours a day😂 I paid $8 at Wal mart for mine and it came with the pump. I have an appointment tomorrow so I'll let you know if I'm dilated any! If so I definitely recommend the ball! It's so fun. Lol I haven't been walking because it's 105 heat index everyday here and I'll die. I swim instead but not everyday :)
@camdenjcomingsoon, yes please let me know so I can go buy one if it's working for you ..and well its hot here but I try to go early morning or in the evening when its not so hot lol and swimming sounds fun as well
