Caroline has been moving so much today its beginning to hurt. At times I can actually feel her hand, arm and feet when I touch my belly. I love when she moves but not when it is painful!!

When I lay down my contractions are 10 minutes apart but when I'm up and moving they come faster. I'm not understanding.

Ladies I am 21 weeks pregnant and I never feel my baby move eventhough when i go to the ultrasounds he moves a lot but i just never feel him. Is this normal?
