@preggersblues, today was really rough. i cried a lot. I think now that my body is recovering the realization that my baby is gone has finally set in and i feel so empty and sad. I dont really know what to do now. im going to be ok though. Its just going to take some time.
Have you thought about talking to a grief counslor? That might help you and I do belive insurance can cover it. Stay busy /write and talk ot helps dont hold it in. Praying for better days for you and your family.
@preggersblues, counselors at the VA are a joke. They will just try to give me drugs to mask the feelings like they did with my ptsd. Thank you for your prayers it means a lot
I am a veteran as well and I know that if you request to be refered out to civilan care they will. And I have ptsd,anxiety, mutli person disorder, and MS. Trust I know your thoughts on medication.
