I have had a headache since last night and I just overall do not feel good. I've had no appetite all day but what can I eat?? Everything I've tried to eat makes me feel like I'm going to throw up 😷😷

@diamondleann, Girl, I took some tylenol extra strength... The headache is making you nauseous, so if you have some tylenol, take some girl. Also, in the future what I do... when I feel a headache tryin to come on I'll take just 1 and it'll knock it out.
