Let the dog out to pee, went back to check on her and she's eating poison ivy off the side of the house. 😒😒 what in the world...?? Guess I'll just watch her and make sure she doesn't die. Good lord. Taking care of her is like taking care of a toddler.
And before anyone says anything about me not standing and watching her, we never do and she never does stupid stuff like this lmao. She's a pug so she can't be leashed, we usually just let her outside and she does her business and comes right back, so...

Dogs are so weird. I'm a vet tech and I have never heard of dogs getting terrible reactions from poison ivy. The worst would be the same itchy rash that humans can get.

@sam.g that's good to know! hopefully it doesn't irritate her throat or anything,her being a pug means her breathing is not the best to begin with.

How she even GOT the poison ivy down off the side of the house is beyond me. How she even got in the flower bed is beyond me lmao. Again, she's like a toddler. She's always getting into things and you're not quite sure how she does it lmao.
