How do I get my baby to move. She's Hardly moved all day!! Does it have to do with that she's running out of room so she won't move as much. Please help mamas

I've don't all that and still nothing, I've been in bed all day cramping like a mf, and have had a massive headache. My doc does not even think I'll make it to my due date 😩 I'm super scarred, I never had this problem with my fist. I'll see what happens and give her more time to move, I'm not bleeding or nothing so I should be okay to wait right
