You can do almond milk or soy milk.... But the regular one, not the sweetened milk

Most doctors will say whole milk at a yr old. Cows milk is that plus a little more. Grew up on a farm so cows milk came free after it went through the processor to filter out the bad.

My son just started Organic only whole milk and does wonderful on it! No issues and I drunk it while pregnant has Dha and Omega 3 and etc!
