squats honey!!!

i do them lol... they get firmer bigger even. but my hips don't spread😣 I'm built like my mom she didn't expand until she turned 30 and had her 3rd child lol

mmmhm 😞 not sure what to tell you to do honey. i have big full berthing hips as my husband and his friends would say lol I get that from my dad's side of the family my mom is little not much to her lol

yeah even after two natural child births and full term both over due pregnancies i still havent had them lol. I'll see what this third child and late 20's does lol.
