I need true labor stories. I'm definitely contracting but I can't tell how far apart they are because the pressure in my hips and back is so bad and constant. I'm really nauseous and even touching my stomach makes me want to cry. At this point I have no idea what to do. I've tried everything and the pain in my hips and back aren't budging. They just keep getting worse. I haven't called my doctor because I wanted to try and nap to see if it would help but it didn't and I woke up at the peak of every contraction. I'm having a lot of discharge too. I don't feel like it's the real thing but I seriously cant walk or anything.

you need to call your doctor and go it checked. if you can't walk or talk through them then it is probably true labor. sounds like when I was in labor, it sucks but the end result is worth it

I was told if you feel like that then you need to go in and see them bc you can be in real labor

Did you have more pain in one hip than the other when you were in labor ?? Im a ftm and have no idea about to expect for labor or signs of it, and Google doesn't help much. @kmharrmama3

I had back labor, but I felt it in both of my hips and in my back. but I knew there was a contraction because my stomach would get hard and tight and it was like the worse period cramp of my life. sitting in a bath tub or warm water in general helped a bunch. when you get the tightness and the cramping pain time it to see how long it lasts, you also know it's a contraction when you can't talk through it or walk. I recommend hopping in a warm bath and calling your doctor. the worse that can happen is you go in and get checked and the send you home, but if your in that much pain they will probably give you something to help Goodluck!

This honestly sounds like my story. Pain in pelvic area and back that wouldn't go away no matter how I moved and it progressively got worse. There was no napping through it. I also had blood tinted discharge. However, I also say, if you are questioning it, you are probably not in labor. But I would definitely call your doctor and see what he/she says. They may instruct you to come into the office to check for dilation and do a stress test on the baby to see if you are in fact in labor. Good luck keep us posted!!
