I'm so over the neighborhood letting their dogs run around. i had my dogs outside on the leashes and I hear them going crazy and I hear my Chihuahua crying and I run outside to see what's going on and a random dog is up in my yard trying to mount my dog as my dog is trying to get away and of course no tags on the other dog so I can't take it to its owner's to complain
