At this point you wait it out you won't know what you're going to get honestly until baby is here some people leak before hand but that isn't milk it's colostrum once baby is here have her feed very often it will help your supply stay up

Once the baby is here, you'll produce the milk you need. I had no leaking or anything before my baby was here but as soon as he was out I was making enough for him. The lactation specialist was surprised I was making milk already. Your body will know how much to produce for the baby. You shouldn't have to do anything extra to get your production up.

Some women do need a boost every once in a while though. There were a couple of times that even though I was nursing great, and he was hungry, my milk would suddenly threaten to dry up. (Stress, depression, diet, whatever) I bought a vitamin from our local health food store specifically aimed at increasing milk supply and it came back. Other women make lactation cookies and teas and such. Really though, there is no way to know ahead of time. It's a roll with the punches kind of deal. Lol Everyone is different.
