Yeah it's Braxton hicks. You can use those to help practice tracking so when it's time you know exactly how to track it

@mommy2babyg, @soon2b2 girl. They're annoyingAF. And usually my BH don't hurt, but these have been kinda painful like makes me wanna smack my boyfriend for getting me pregnant painful. @mrshamilton830 I feel ya girl, I talked all this shit about trying it natural, yeahhhh not so much. Lol

Yeah I was dealing with them Saturday it was ridiculous normally I feel my stomach tighten but that's it.
