I want another job in another field... How do I go about working in customer service???

What do you do now? I have been in CS all my career for the most part which has been almost 15 yrs. As long as the company is good, you should be too. I had to get out of the ins comp I was in tho, it just wasn't a good fit anymore.

You can defiantly break into insurance customer service bc of your background, have you tried any of those?
