my son sleeps on his boppy pillow. he also is taking acid reflux meds. Dr had also told me to prop him up

try putting a towel or blanket under the mattress...it should prop your baby up a little bit without the danger of the bobby...Baby could slip down and suffocate.

Get a pack and play and use the napper since it has an incline even if he moves down: it's dangerous to have anything in the crib with him.
