In the worst pain ever, my breast are so engorged even after feeding so many times. I've done ice, heat, message nothing helps! I wanna cry. Help!!!!

@rachel8792, my son was nursing while I was in recovery and every 30 mins to hour

Hand express the extra milk or pump it and save it.

Wow your milk came in super fast then. I would pump honestly, I hate the engorgement feeling.

My first pregnancy this didn't happen so soon. I literally woke up and fed my son at 2:30 am this morning at the hospital. The. He woke up at 5:30 and my breast had tripled in size. I haven't been able to feel relief since they became so full

They tell you not to so you can build a supply based off of babies feedings. Its not bad to pump. I pumped every 2 hours, and yeah I had an over supply, but I froze it, and around 6 months I had a good enough supply to pump during the day when i wasnt near my baby. The supply went to nothing when my son turned 14 months. I pumped the second I got home now that I think of it, it really relieves the pressure

They told me not too, but I had to do it twice today. @alexislopez plus I'm constipated and super sore from my csection 😭
