If you have a breast pump use that to stimulate your nipples.. Eat fresh pine apple... Bounce on an exercise ball.. Walk Lots! .. Try some spicy foods.. Try Premise Oil Tea.. Just a couple things I have heard and witnessed start labor.. Good Luck
