I knew my little one went head down when I felt more movement in my lower abdomen and kicks and pressure up near my ribs. My doctor confirmed it via growth ultrasound at 34 weeks. At least that's how it was for me, but your doctor can tell, if your concerned ask. :)

mine turned at 32 week's and I felt her flip. she made my stomach look weird.
