I set an alarm on my phone :) it helps!!

I take mine between 10-11p - right before bed basically.

I just took mine, I take them at night :) just don't take more than one dose and you'll be fine

it's OK if u forget to take one.. Just remember tmrw.. And the purpose of it is to provide nutrients and vitamins to u n baby that most can't just get with food! Especially in early pregnancy when most are throwin up and can't keep food down... But it keeps u n baby healthy through out pregnancy... They are important regardless of others opinion.. If they don't wanna take it.That's on them.. The ignorance is real. wow.

you can take them now they aren't like birth control you don't need to take them at the same time every day

few ohkay! I used to take the gummies with my first pregnancy but now I switched to the pills. :ppp nasty things!

I always take my prenatal before bed... easier to remember than in the morning when I'm rushed to get stuff done lol
