Strange question but is any1 else's pubic bone seriously sore feels bruised even to touch this is baby no5 and never had this before
possibly Midwife also told me as it was 2nd everything is a bit softer to start with. So if this is your 5th baby and you've only just got it you must have the strongest muscles and ligaments ever! 😀
@kateb610, I'm quite big this time round I wonder whether this makes the difference xx
lol @lou1 I didn't have it with my first in fact other than the bump.with her hardly felt pregnant with this one I've had HG my bump is huge and now this xx
@kateb610, never had it with any of my others otherwise I would of stopped at 1 lol xx
it's awful @lou1 you have my deepest sympathy hun if it gets too much go to GP or midwife and tell them I had too as it was killing me mostly because I was still working but they signed me off for last 4 weeks xx
not really @lou1 I'm not coping overly well with it myself know your limits and rest when you can x
Keep legs closed together as much as possible if really bad use an ice pack on there but not near tummy but all in all not a lot will make it go away till u deliver
that's what my SPD feels like didn't have it with my first but have with this one x
Rolling over in bed hurts like hell so glad I've not got long left @suzie80 xx
Some just have the inflammation on the pubic bone like u have been kicked and bruised some it swells a little other have all that plus clicking when turning etc. It's horrid
@kateb610, haha I have no stomach or pelvic floor muscles 😂😂😂
