I was told by the doc my daughter is a preemie
when she was born she had to stay in the NICU for almost two weeks due to her not eating. everything else was fine with her. there was times she wouldn't want to eat at all... they end up putting her on the feedimg tube, she was on it for about four days wen she got off it she was eating 20ml than went to 40ml, once she ate an whole oz she was able to go home with me . while she was in the nicu she dropped weight and was 4,12 when she got sent home to me she was 4,14. it was the most scary thing caring fore such a tiny baby let me tell you. she didn't even fit into preemie clothes they were still big on her. now she's seven !months and weighs 16pds but she wear 0-3months or sometimes 3-6months but Super big on her .

Awe. I have twin god daughters and they just turned one last month. When they were born they were born at 4.1 and 4.2 lbs. they were in the NICU for a week and got to come home on mothers day. We were worried about the one at first as she was born not breathing after an emergency c - section the first was born naturally. They were home a few days then spent another few days in the NICU due to not being able to maintain their temperature and being jandunce. Just yesterday the one walked down the whole side walk by herself. It's amazing to c how big they have gotten after being so small. I am glad ur babies r doing so well ur one amazing momma!

They also lost weight after being born and went below 4 lbs before coming home.

Yea its hard. I was always ovr spending the night and helping her take care of them and letting her sleep then doing the dishes an laundry. Especially since she was by herself. But me and my husband both love those little girls with all of our hearts and their smiles nvr cease to melt mine.
