Is it true that if you drink a beer a day it helps your milk supply?? Lol seems crazy to me

Yep, seriously. I don't know much about beer because I'm not a drinker. I just know a few brands so I'm not sure about bush, but if it's dark....go for it lol

Google it, I know dark beer helps for sure but maybe it's all beer too. I only drink craft beer so I have no idea about any other kinds

I believe its all craft beer it has to do with the hops in them I believe:).
