For any mama with a baby in the NICU, this necklace provides a symbol of hope. I was given one of these with all of the beads by the woman who makes these herself , who is also a head nurse / supervisor for the Level 3 NICU at Golisano Childrens Hospital. She presented it to me, and it made me cry. This video just brought me right back to the NICU and made me cry, but it also made me so proud of my baby boy and how far he's come.
