so what's a good liquid I can give to my one year old. it's super hot here and I wanna keep him hydrated. iv been giving him apple juice and pear juce but they give him the runs sometimes, and I do water them dwn some. can I give him water now?

I always water my son's juice down, he's 2 1/2 now and I still do, I just put a little more water than juice when it's hot0
