Tmi question.. I'm 5 weeks pp but yesterday I went to bathroom and when I wiped there was blood on the toilet paper.. Should be worry ?

Mine was like that. I found it kind of weird too since I didn't start heavy bleeding until like 2 weeks later.

Have you stopped your pp bleeding? If so its probably your period starting
