Right side. The left looks like a good start to a different style though. It definitely needs some more decoration on the sides and something fun on the top though.

I like the left one it looks like a mermaid tail with the scales. but next he shouldn't leave so much spacing in between lol maybe add some of the edible glitter too and put that same color as the scales on top along with a mermaid and some coral and fish.... I'm not sure how experienced you are with fondant lol if you lived closer I would of gladly made this cake for you! It seems like so much fun
