**those dots around your nipple, is it normal for them to swell? I have one that is pretty swollen and it hurts to the touch! not sure how to relieve the pain**

@cubanese, it honestly hurts so bad that I can't lay on that side. I'm not sure why it's just getting bigger and bigger.

lots of water, warm compress. Im going through the same thing right now my nips are absolutely painful. and a comfortable bra (research suggested a cotton sports bra)
