(Court Issues)... My daughters Grandparents Served me with Papers this Morning They want 50/50 or…

I haven't had to deal with this in particular but they may just get what's called grandparents rights which I don't think is 50/50 I believe you can just goth back for visitation

I never heard of it til I watched farrah abrams from teen mom. The father died, and the grandparents wanted the same thing, but she went to court. Its very rare to get that much in rights since they are only grandparents. If the father is in jail im sure you can fight it, and win altogether. Have they not seen her cuz they arent good news? or just because they havent made an effort

they Just haven't made the effort. no calls. but in the papers she filed it says i refuse and that my daughter voices she wants them in her life. my daughter is three. my daughter really dont know them and her dad has been in jail since she was 10months old so he is also not in her life. the are not bad people just really old and health issues and also take care of his 7year old fulltime @rachel8792

I have some extended nieces and nephews that went through this. Their dad agreed with something called Grandparents right. Basically they agreed to visitation rights that were supervised. They would meet their grandparents at a McDonald with their dad. Until the grandparents started a lie and called CPS on the dad so he revoked their visitation rights.

Just make it clear to the court that they have health issues so 50/50 will definately not happen. Plus show phone records showing they havent made any calls or even tried to make contact with you. That will make them look bad, and honestly I would say that the father has been in jail since she was 10 months, and they havent seen her since that time. Im sorry that you are going through this... it shouldnt have even taken them that long to even try to see her, or even attempt this bull crap

considering they haven't been in her life all that much and don't have a good relationship with the child, there is no way they will get 50/50. my husband went through this with his 9 year old sons grandmother and she only gets him 1 day a month from 8am to 6pm but that's only because she had a relationship with my stepson before she took my so to court.

I fighting the grandparents in tx to let me see and have my son back.they won't let me talk to him. I hope they get locked up for this. They took my son out of state without my consent and I was asleep
