Tomorrow I am going to try something. After church I am going to stuff some chicken breast, with canned pineapple and bake it. Then when cooked I am going to take the pineapple out, and shred the chicken. I am going to add bbq sauce and chicken to a frying pan, and make shredded bbq chicken sandwhiches. Just kind of wondering what it will taste like with the pineapple. Of course I am going to roast potatoes in olive oil, and have fried okra in olive oil. LOL. This hope that chicken turns out good.
