How do you tell the difference between, the babies movement and position making your belly tight and uncomfortable from a contraction making your belly tight and uncomfortable?
I don't know if I should time these or not, I'm w little rusty it's been 5 years since I've went through this and I'm drawing a blank!.

if it's a contraction... along with that tightening sensation pains will go throughout your uterus ( lower stomach) and maybe even your back.
