Im 39 weeks and my tummy keeps getting really tight followed by cramps. what is this? contractions?

5 minutes apart, about a minute each one, and are consistent or getting closer for at least an hour. The 5-1-1 rule is when l&d says to go in :) Good luck

@samclark5, when do I head to the hospital?? I've never went into labor myself with contractions with my other two. so it's kinda new!!
