@heera, I got it as a free gift when I got my placenta encapsulated (into pills for postpartum ) 😍

@abbydi, is getting the placenta ecapsulated really good? does it really benefit you? ive heard a little bit about it but am nervous to do it lol......and i really gotta find out how to do that lol💖💖💖

Did you get it encapsulated through the hospital or a second party? I would Ike to do this but don't know how to go about it. @abbydi

@busybee818, @heera i went through a second party. I looked online (placenta encapsulation near me) look at reviews if they have any, and then choose one who can pick up the placenta strait from the hospital the day of birth . You have to pick up a styrofoam cooler from the gas station and keep it in the room during delivery. Let the nurses and also the doctor/midwife who are in the room that you want to keep the placenta. They will put it in a bio hazard container and you put that in the cooler with the hospital ice . Then the person or company you picked should come pick it up and have it back to you by the time you leave the hospital. I got mine taken the day of her delivery(Saturday) then got it back while we were getting ready to leave the hospital (Monday)

@heera, I haven't noticed if they work or not but I don't take them as much as they said to on the bottle just because I forget to lol but many women say it helps with everything after pregnancy . It has extra hormones that help you be a better postpartum you. I do feel like it's worth trying!
