My hips hurt so bad they wake me right out my sleep and my hands are constantly falling asleep now…

my hands do the same thing..it's mainly my right hand. I got pregnancy carpal tunnel at night I sleep with a wrist splint on and it does help some.

I'm sorry I'm so glad mine is only the right. good thing is it will go away after birth. it drives me insane like I can't even write for more than a min.

Just wonder why my hips too? Like I drink lots of fluids so idk if it's blood flow or what @jessica.86

it could be. or it just could be the regular pregnancy pains that come. my last pregnancy I had alot of pain in my hips. this time it hasn't been to bad
