just order it without sugar and creamer only and ask for a light amount of creamer. They always pump wayyyyy too much into their coffee and the sugar is totally unnecessary because the creamer sweetens the coffee more than enough. That way you can still have coffee, it'll still be sweet, and you aren't going into a sugar coma. The other option would be to buy packets of stevia or some creamer to-go and just order the coffee unsweetened and sweeten it yourself so you're the one controlling the amount you use.
