not baby related. so i have no idea how taxes or the IRS works, ive never filed before. anyways, i just got a recording call saying that they're filing a lawsuit against me? is it just a spam call or should i be considered?

They usually don't call and if they were filing a lawsuit they would have sent you warnings about it first. my cousin fell for it once..

They dont call, its spam
They send notices, and if you were being sued they would serve you with a letter
My grandma fell for it and wrote them $500 check, and it ended up being fraud
The police couldnt do anything about it, but told her not to fall for anyone demanding money over the phone

its a spam they did that to my fiance bout a couple months ago they wanted him to give up 500 or else he would go to jail so we call the cops n they told us it was a scam ... n when they call I literly snap on them n they got all scared n they never called back again
