It's been a while. I'll try posting this every so often because i see so many ppl asking. This is a list given to me by my doctors office. I always recommend still asking yours about what's safe for you, but generally speaking.....

A mixture of both....or they get it, look at it, and throw it out. Even being my 4 th baby i still keep it handy as i forget some of the meds other than tylenol and benadryl lmao @kenitra

it's a nice list to keep but I did notice the Sudafed and Sudafed can cause birth defects in the first trimester

@novalove, I have never researched it as I've never used Sudafed but that's why I always say to still ask your doctor about what's safe or not. Good to know

the bad thing is I went into the ER in my first trimester and they said to use sudafed I double checked with my pharmacy and it's a class C in thare books A is safe
