In cases like this.. Why is the mom being charged??.. They are charging her with 3rd degree murder in her daughters death. The 4 year old found the gun in a closed and shot herself accidentally. It was most likely the boyfriends gun he's getting charged with involuntary manslaughter. BUT WHY THE MOM? What if she didn't know he had a gun there??? Anyways, poor girl! RIP ANGEL🙏🏻👼

I read that she is being charged bc she tried to cover up circumstances that lead up to the shooting.

@lexirosex3, the latest I read was she is getting charged with 3rd degree murder and the boyfriend is getting charged with involuntary manslaughter. His gun...he played a part of it bc his negligence in where he kept his weapon.
