I'm formula feeding my daughter, she is 3 days old and today my boobs are so swollen and hard! Also very very painful :( is there anything I can do to relieve it? How long until the milk dries up?

Cabbage leaves in your bra not attractive but it worked for me and mint tea too apparently. Hope this may help x

Midwives told me not to touch or try to express because it just makes the milk come in more. You can ask gp for something to help dry them up though (: xx

Oh gosh 😔 mine did only hurt for few days even tho they still leaked they just weren't full they were very painful but just had to let it drag out f the couple days xx

Keep a tight bra on all day and sleep in it for a few days x

It helps I done it for a week and they stopped hurting
