so I got a rhogam shot yesterday , something in my mind told me to read up on it AFTER I got the shot .. dumb right ? but I read some scary stuff up on it like it cause Autism ????? any mom's had the shot and had this happen ? not that I actually care about my child having autism I rather her here alive with it then to die because of our blood mixture 😣😢

not true. autism is genetic. you can't give someone autism by giving them a shot. and the rhogam shot is so important to get for us that are RH-.

@kelseys, yes I had a miscarriage before because I didn't get the shot , I got it yesterday and read some scary stuff about it .

My mom got the shot before and after I was born and I'm perfectly fine!

Yeah it's been goin on for years... Since like the 70's. It just stops your body from creating antibodies against your baby's blood if his/hers is positive and you're negative

its perfectly fine. the internet can be a scary place sometimes lol. I've had it with my other pregnancies and my children are just fine, and I will be getting it at my next appointment.

I got it 3 times while pregnant with my daughter and she came out healthy and didn't have autism, with this pregnancy I have already gotten 1 shot but I'm sure the child will be fine since autism has to do with genes that are passed down

I had it with my son 12 years ago and he is perfectly healthy. Just had it a couple weeks ago for this pregnancy. Nothing to worry about. :)

Autism can't be caused by a vaccination! It's typically caused by a genetic abnormality, loss of oxygen at birth or certain viruses that the mother has during pregnancy. But vaccinations are not linked to autism.... It's just something out there to try and scare you against getting vaccines. Which can be more harmful to you, baby and the population by not having!
