Does anyone else experience "cramp" like feelings? Not as bad as when you have your period and move to fast but just dull achy feeling? An then the bottom of your stomach feels sore like you did crutches all freaking day. Then you get the urge to poop but can't? Anyone else experiencing this? If so what is it?
